Get ready for a deeper dive into your game analysis! We've just rolled out a significant enhancement: AI Winrate Prediction is now integrated throughout the game, especially when you're reviewing and learning!

What's Winrate & Why Should You Care?

While the "Score" tells you who's ahead in points right now, the new Winrate feature gives you the AI's best guess on who is most likely to actually win the game from the current position. It's like peeking at the AI's confidence meter!

This is a game-changer (pun intended!) because Go isn't just about current points; it's about future potential, stability, and who has the easier path to victory.

Where You'll See This New Superpower:

1. The Game Evaluation Graph (Review Mode):
   • Alongside the familiar Blue Score Line, you'll now see a Red Winrate Line. Watch how both score and winning chances shift with each analyzed move! A sharp drop in winrate, even with a small score change, can highlight a critical strategic error.
2. AI Evaluation in the Game Status Panel:
   • When you're playing against the AI, or get a "Hint," or analyze a move in review, the "AI Eval" in the status panel won't just show the score. It will now often include the AI's win percentage for the current player to move (e.g., "B: +3.5 (65% Win)"). This gives you an immediate snapshot of both the material and strategic standing.
3. Move Analysis Details (Review Mode):
   • When you "Analyze This Move" in review, the detailed breakdown will now also include the winrate implications. You'll see how your move (and the AI's suggested alternatives) would have impacted not just the score, but the overall probability of winning.

How This Helps You Level Up Your Game:

• Identify Deeper Mistakes: Sometimes a move seems okay score-wise but tanks your winning chances. Winrate helps expose these subtle but crucial errors.
• Understand Strategic Nuances: See why the AI prefers one move over another, even if the point difference is small. It might be because one path leads to a much higher chance of winning.
• Gauge Risk vs. Reward: A move might grab a few points but drastically lower your winrate if it creates too much risk. Now you can see that trade-off more clearly.
